Who should apply to the Climatebase Fellowship?

Anyone 18 or older at the time of enrollment who is passionate about climate is welcome to apply, and you don’t need prior climate experience. Our Fellows come from all over the world and from a wide range of fields. You might be:

  • A job seeker or explorer looking to find your place in climate, land your first or next role, or deepen your climate literacy.
  • A professional already working in climate looking to pivot, grow, or accelerate your existing career.
  • A career switcher bringing skills from tech, business, operations, design, research, marketing, sales, or beyond into climate.
  • A recent graduate ready to put theory into action alongside experts from across climate industries.
  • A founder or aspiring founder with an idea, a passion project, or an existing venture you want to develop.

If you’ve read this far and care about climate action, it’s probably for you. We’re especially looking for people whose goals our program can support, and who want to learn with and from others — we aim to build a community of givers.
