Who reviews Fellowship applications, and how are they evaluated?

Only Climatebase employees review Fellowship applications. No third parties or outside sources review an applicant's application information.

Climatebase evaluates applications based on: work experience; educational background; video/audio interview responses; and motivation and alignment with climate careers more generally.

Your ability to afford the enrollment fee has no impact on how Climatebase makes admissions decisions, and we accommodate financial aid requests to the best of our abilities.
