Who reviews Fellowship applications, and how are they evaluated?

Only Climatebase employees review applications — no third parties or outside sources. We evaluate applications based on work experience, educational background, recorded interview responses, and your motivation for and alignment with a climate career. We also look for community-minded people who want to learn from and support others.

Your ability to afford the enrollment fee has no impact on admissions decisions, and we accommodate financial aid requests to the best of our ability.
