What is the time commitment required for leading or joining a project?

The time commitment varies widely depending on the project type and your level of involvement. Because Capstone Projects are Fellow-led and differ in scope and objectives, it’s difficult to provide a single estimate.

As a rough guide: Fellows who report making significant progress on their goals and forming meaningful connections — and who also happen to work on a Capstone Project — report spending an average of 8–10+ hours per week on the program.
