What does an average week in the Fellowship look like?
In a typical week, live sessions will follow this schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: climate curriculum overview session and special topics, as well as an interactive climate curriculum lab.
- Wednesday: job seeker support sessions, including career coaching workshops, hiring events, and conversations with professionals working in climate.
- Thursday: expert guest sessions, including industry panels and workshops.
- Friday: entrepreneurship support sessions, climate news roundups, and bonus or Fellow-led sessions.
You can also find a sample weekly schedule on our website here.
The program is designed to support the four main, complementary goals Fellows have: landing a job, deepening their climate literacy, launching a venture or a project, and/or building their network. Our programming aims to support those various goals; therefore, by design, you are not required or expected to attend all sessions and activities.
You’re never expected or required to attend it all, and the schedule includes asynchronous activities you can complete whenever works for you. Plenty of networking and connection also happens outside core hours through the online community platform, in-person meetups, and Fellow-led events, so Fellows in any time zone can stay engaged.
