What networking and relationship-building experiences are available?
Community is the heart of the Fellowship, and we know the optimal experience looks different for everyone. Fellows get the most out of it by actively participating and building meaningful relationships.
There are many ways to connect with current Fellows and the wider Climatebase community, including:
- Our 24/7 online community platform, including Local Hubs and Affinity & Interest Groups
- Weekly Fellow networking sessions (speed-networking-style events, often organized by interest or professional background)
- Weekly 1:1 peer matching based on shared interests and goals, delivered to your inbox
- Mastermind Groups led by alumni mentors, with structured activities around your goals
- Breakout rooms during live sessions
- In-person meetups and virtual community events around the world
- Bonus and Fellow-led sessions, including alumni-moderated panels
Across these formats, peer mentorship often naturally develops. Fellows share what they know through 1:1 matching, networking, and everyday community engagement, even though the Fellowship is not a structured mentoring program.
