How many Fellows do you admit in a Cohort?

Since 2022, the demand for our Fellowship program has surged, with thousands of applications coming in during each application cycle. To maintain our acceptance rate of 15-20% along with the ability to welcome as many deserving applicants into the Fellowship as possible, our cohorts have grown to approximately 700 participants. That being said, we break the cohort into smaller groups to help you find community within the community.

This growth also mirrors our Community's feedback and their desire for more opportunities to expand their climate network and engage with diverse perspectives. To facilitate these connections even further, participants can leverage additional structured networking opportunities: Capstone Projects, 1:1 matching, in-person meetups, community-led events, at least one year of community membership as part of the enrollment fee, and more.
