How many Fellows do you admit in a Cohort?

Demand for the Fellowship has grown substantially, with thousands of applications coming in during each cycle. To maintain our historical acceptance rate while welcoming as many deserving applicants as possible, our cohorts have grown to anywhere between 500 and 700 participants. That being said, we break the cohort into smaller groups to help you find community within the community.

This growth reflects our community’s desire for more opportunities to expand their climate network and engage with diverse perspectives. To support those connections, Fellows can tap into structured networking opportunities — Capstone Projects, 1:1 matching, in-person meetups, community-led events, and at least one year of community membership.
