Can I balance the Fellowship with a full-time job?
It is feasible to participate in the Fellowship while having a full-time job, and many Fellows are working professionals. It ultimately depends on your goals, interests, and personal schedule, and the Fellowship is designed to be flexible based on these factors.
Live sessions are held during core hours, which are Monday to Friday, between 9AM – 1PM PST. All sessions are recorded and made available on our Community Platform for flexible access.
Additionally, the average time commitment varies based on your primary goal: Fellows not working on a capstone project typically spend 7+ hours/week, while Fellows working on a capstone project typically spend 10+ hours/week.
The Fellowship is designed with flexibility in mind, so you can participate at your own pace and fit the program around your schedule. With your one year of membership in the Fellowship community, you'll also have access to the content, resources, and community platform after the cohort ends.
