Am I guaranteed a job if I complete the Climatebase Fellowship?

The Climatebase Fellowship is a capacity-building program and community, not a job placement program. Climatebase does not guarantee that completing the Fellowship will result in any interview or job offer, whether or not the role is listed on Climatebase.org.

That said, the program is built to help you develop the skills, connections, and momentum that move careers forward.
