Am I guaranteed a job if I complete the Climatebase Fellowship?

The Climatebase Fellowship is a capacity-building program and community, not a job placement program.

Thus, Climatebase does not make any guarantees that completion of the Fellowship will result in any interview or job offer, whether or not listed on the Climatebase.org website or otherwise.

We recommend watching the Cohort 9 Info Session recording to review different case studies of how Fellows leverage the program and community to achieve their career goals.
